San Up Farm has always taken pride in offering honest and professional services to the public. We believe that the care and treatment of all horses is of utmost importance. We are dedicated to handling, training and teaching in a manner that is both respectable and beneficial to horse and rider.

Kelly Sapp is renowned for his ability to start and train horses of all types. As a Reining champion, he teaches flying lead changes, sliding stops, spins, speed with control, and dramatic roll backs. He sees the Reining horse as the epitome of a well trained horse and knows that a flying lead change is just as important to a Reiner as it is to the Hunter Jumper and Western rider. Regardless of your discipline, Kelly can train your horse to become a willing, longtime competitor and successful companion.

Martin Quiroz has been helping break, train and exercise Reiners with Kelly and Terrie for the past 10 years. The picture on the bottom right shows Martin exercising one of the three year olds of 2006, A Leana Pon A Star. His diligence, patience, and concern for the horses' well being has proven Martin to be a great hand at both riding and caring for all the horses at San Up Farm. His specialty is in the area of starting young colts and fillies. We hope to have his abilities remain here in our program for years to come!
